New Online Payment Option Available (MRI RentPayment)

The RentPayment Export has been added as a default report. If you are interested in using RentPayment for online payments, please contact your Account Manager.

Updates:

• In PIH Notice 2020-28, a new option was added for the other special programs field 2n of the 50058 and 2p of the 50058-MTW. This option is "Foster Youth to Independence Notice 2020-28". Case: TM-6016 (IR-112430)
• Added the new HUD-52517 Types of Heating: Heat Pump, Heating: Oil, and Water Heating: Oil to Utility Type Setup. These utility types will now populate on the updated HAP Contract form (HUD-52641). Case: TM-4435 (IR-107489)
• Fixed an issue where the system was rounding incorrectly on a negative half values away from zero instead of rounding up for field 10n. This results in a PIC error. Case: TM-4423 (IR-107459)
• For Clients using the PayLease export report for online payments, a new format is available. Please use the report labeled "PayLease Export - Zego" under the TAR Reports Menu. Case: TM-5911
• Fixed the MTW certification panel 21 header values for Family Share and TTP for the WIN Rent and Easy Rent calculation types. Case: TM-6007 (IR-112409)
